‘Peter Pan Jr.’ Flies Into Town

Peter Pan 1

The Lucerne Valley Elementary Drama Club’s Spring 2023 production of “Peter Pan Jr.” showcases a vibrant program with many young actors performing a variation on the classic tale of a young boy who can fly. A myriad of characters — fairies, pirates, mermaids, Native Americans and the like — are played capably by Drama Club members.

A brief synopsis: The musical begins in the Darling Nursery and then it’s off to Neverland. The middle section features Neverland adventures and some dastardly plans. The play ends in with a showdown between Peter and Captain Hook. Then it’s back to the Darlings.
