LVES Students 'Start With Hello'

 

Last week, Lucerne Valley Elementary participated in the Sandy Hook's Project "Start With Hello Week.” Every student got a T-shirt and participated in daily activities to promote friendship and connectedness. On Thursday, all the classes went out to the turf and created a 600+ person Hello!

 

Each year, thousands of schools and youth organizations nationwide participate in Start With Hello Week, a national call-to-action week dedicated to making new social connections and creating a sense of belonging among youth. This year, “Start With Hello Week” was September 18 – 22.
